CNC machined optical parts

MG-CNC specializes in manufacturing ultra-precision optical lens parts, focusing on the high stability and low light interference requirements of optical systems. We use aluminum alloy (6061-T6, 7075-T6) and stainless steel materials, adopting ultra-precision CNC machining technology (tolerance up to ±0.005mm). Our optical lens parts include lens mounts, lens barrels, optical platforms, and filter holders, suitable for laser cutting machines, industrial cameras, medical optical equipment, and precision measurement instruments. We support custom production according to customer optical system designs, with surface treatment options such as black anodizing (to reduce light reflection) and conductive oxidation (to eliminate static interference). Strict quality inspection (including parallelism measurement, surface roughness testing) ensures parts meet high-precision optical system requirements.
